Greetings, dear fellow pediatricians and health care professionals.

 

Welcome to the 32nd PIDSP Convention, “#PIDS Collab: Pediatric Infectious Disease Synergy and Collaborations”.

 

It is with pride and honor that we present the culmination of several months of dedicated work for this event. The theme of this convention was built on powerful words that essentially mean “working together”. This is a guaranteed way for successfully coping with the fast-changing world that directly affects the practice of pediatrics, particularly in the realm of infectious diseases. As advocates for children’s health, it is through synergy and collaboration that we can be transformed - a unified group that is stronger than the individual. And this also comes with a vision to become better - as clinicians, researchers, teachers, and administrators, all working for a better future for the children whose care have been entrusted to us.

 

The next two days are filled with exciting topics and excellent speakers. What matters is that we will not only bring home knowledge and new information, but we will also have this cherished opportunity to reunite with colleagues, renew connections, and reinforce relationships. We can truly build more together.
